By accessing, registering on, or using the tbeej platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, or initiating a financial transaction — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and tbeej. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the tbeej platform.

tbeej reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tbeej will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with tbeej's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between tbeej and its players.

Access to and use of the tbeej platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person and not on behalf of any third party.

tbeej performs age and identity verification as part of the account opening process and at any subsequent point it deems necessary. Verification may require submission of a valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified to tbeej's satisfaction will be suspended pending document review and may be closed permanently if verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Any account found to have been opened by a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting the value of any games played. tbeej reserves the right to refer suspected underage gambling to the appropriate authorities.

To access the full range of tbeej services — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino play — you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. You must ensure that this information is kept up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one tbeej account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — will be merged or closed at tbeej's discretion. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. tbeej strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. tbeej will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong password of at least 10 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your password with anyone, including tbeej support agents — a genuine tbeej agent will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately by contacting [email protected].
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available within the tbeej account settings.

tbeej reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or where account security has been compromised. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any balance remaining in the account will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant section of these terms.

All financial transactions on the tbeej platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tbeej accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Available payment methods are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your tbeej account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile wallet platform. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours in Bangladesh (BST, UTC+6). tbeej does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the tbeej finance team within two to four hours during standard business hours. Black Diamond VIP members are entitled to same-day withdrawal processing as a tier benefit. Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the anti-money-laundering (AML) provisions below. tbeej reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method as the corresponding deposit.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within two to four hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• tbeej may apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) Policy: tbeej maintains a strict anti-money-laundering policy. Deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity and may not be deposited and withdrawn without reasonable play. tbeej reserves the right to void winnings, restrict withdrawals, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds have been deposited for the purpose of money laundering or fraud. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

tbeej offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time each offer is communicated and to the general bonus principles set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within this period will be removed from your account automatically.

• Players who tbeej determines to be engaging in low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies with the primary intention of clearing bonus funds may have their bonus eligibility restricted or removed.
• Promotional offers are subject to eligibility criteria — some offers may be restricted to specific player segments, geographical areas within Bangladesh, or deposit methods.

Welcome Bonus: New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing tbeej accounts only. Players who have previously held a tbeej account — including accounts that have been closed and re-opened — are not eligible for the welcome bonus. tbeej reserves the right to request proof of identity before releasing any welcome bonus funds.

All bets placed on the tbeej sportsbook and all casino game rounds played on the tbeej platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting terms applicable to each product. These product-level rules are accessible from within the relevant section of the tbeej platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Sports Betting: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the tbeej system. Confirmation is displayed on-screen and in your bet history. tbeej reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: an event is abandoned or voided by the governing body; a clear technical error in the odds was present at the time the bet was placed; the bet relates to an event in which the outcome was already determined at the time of placement; or the bet was placed in a manner that constitutes abuse of tbeej's systems. Bet settlement is based on official results as reported by the relevant sports governing body. BPL and international cricket fixtures are settled based on ICC or BCB official results.

Casino Games: All slot, live casino, and table game outcomes on tbeej are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. tbeej does not interfere with game outcomes. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbeej platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance in the account, and, where warranted, referral to the relevant authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one tbeej account, whether in your own name or through the use of another person's identity.

• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity, NID, payment details, or contact information.

tbeej employs continuous fraud detection and behavioural monitoring across all platform activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, tbeej may freeze account balances, request additional documentation, and delay withdrawals pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit any right to balances held in their account at the time of closure.
